BLOODLETTER ON SSST'T

Bloodletter is currently on Ssst't, and in the capital city. The climate
is currently arctic, and the streets are full of heavily furred animals
(probably shapeshifted Gennen). The past years on Eclipse have lowered
your capacity for cold, and you feel the weather is even colder than it
is. 

There are several places in or near the city that you could visit. 

THE CIRCLE is home to the strongest group of initiates within N'Ferra. 

There is a council hall which is the site of the government of the
Gennen Confederacy. 

You are familiar with one tavern which specializes in serving humans.
From this tavern you can reach your father's home in the Spiritlands. 

Blood letter will stay there if they have rooms, she will probably visit
with dad, while trying to get some of the kinks worked out of the wagon,
do things around the tavern to pass the time, repairs, whatnot. I will
also just pass time in the tavern doing hangout kind of things,
Drinking, dancing, brawling. You know, fun. 

Actually, they don't. There is an inn around the corner. The problem is
that this area of town caters to basic laborers, and the inn won't
supply you with anything close to the standard of living that you're
used to. Your father's gate is in this area of town because people with
the power and ability to detect it almost never come in to this section
of town. 

Your dad is pleasant, but seems to have a lot of things on his mind.
Ever since Ferris told him that he could select someone else to replace
him, he's been trying to reorganize his duties so that someone else can
do his job, and has been extremely busy. (He's also been organizing his
retirement home.) 

I want to find a trust worthy household to hold in retainer in each of
the places I go. 

The local Spelljamming port is small as major world ports go, but still
sees a great deal of traffic. 

I've docked the "wagon" there in its ship form, I am trying to fix the
bugs, and augment it strengths. Or can go somewhere else.

I'll hit the Markets, sell my wares, make contacts, allies. I want to
find a trust worthy household to hold in retainer in each of the places
I go. 

You make enough money to balance your fun. You have no problem making
contacts. How do you approach people to make them allies of yours?
Anything in particular you want to find out?
