| ACHIEVEMENTS: |
- Learned HTML and Paradox on my own initiative when required to meet
specific needs. This self-training was in addition to normal
workload.

- Created a Windows database with graphics and icons to track safety
history and help determine areas needing improvement. The database
included multiple forms, reports, and graphs.

- Created a Windows database designed to produce at-a-glance
information of company databases in order to more easily support and
maintain them.

- Created a networked, interactive DOS database system to track and
record discrepancies between functional areas in order to improve
quality decisions. Customer input was solicited through the
introduction, programming, debugging, and final checks. Documentation
included a table of contents, glossary, index, list of tables and forms,
and graphic displays of the forms and reports associated with the
system.

hotlinks, linked graphics, mailing addresses, separate hidden pages for
