PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Del is 5'6" tall and skinny. He has short, curly black hair, black eyes, and dark skin. His typical dress is gray cotton sweatpants, a blue and green tank top, a short red cape with gold trim worn over one shoulder and under the other, and a black baseball cap topping the ensemble. The cape is decorated with a wide variety of passage tokens from various parts of Nexus. He wears several small pieces of jewelry, and carries a tonfa holstered to his right thigh. However, he can also choose to dress up, in which case his clothing will be described appropriately.
He's above average in appearance, though not outstandingly so. Del appears to be in his late teens, but is actually in his late 20's, a side effect of his sidhe blood.
PERSONALITY: Del is bright and curious, but also knows when to leave well enough alone. He has taken a geas to deliver any package he accepts to it's rightful owner. He strongly dislikes mages.
GENDER: male, heterosexual.
POWERS AND ABILITIES: Del never gets lost, and always knows where he is. He has the ability to sense patterns in space and tell when a gate is open or about to open. He has the ability to store messages in a way that requires a specific trigger to recall, and forget that message once he has delivered it. (This is for verbal messages only.)
His skill with his stun baton is such that he can handle himself against common thugs, but professionals will take him down.
Del has some natural magical and psi talent, but no serious training. He can easily sense energy, space, time, life, magic, and psionics. He can sense life and emotions if he tries. His major spells are on the order of Find the Path and Divine Destination so he can go anywhere in Nexus and get back home.
Del is skilled in stealth, picking locks, and escapes. His knowledge of Nexus is detailed and far ranging.
WEAKNESSES AND DISADVANTAGES: Del is simply not all that tough or powerful. Combat will cause him to fade into the background. Del's Sidhe blood causes a mild allergy to iron, and an aversion to symbols of law. He also reacts badly to magic-draining effects.
TELEPATHY FACTOR: Del's mind is generally shielded, but this can be dropped.
EMPATHY FACTOR: Del's nonchalont exterior hides a caring and understanding person.
PSI FACTOR: Del's psi training has concentrating on protecting himself. He can produce some wards, and his clairvoyance abilities merge with his magic talent. However, he has little control over the manifestations.
IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT: Del's tonfa is a tech stun baton that's also enchanted to stun and has a short-range taser built into the hilt. Del's bike can fly, but he usually prefers to ride since that's less tiring. His cloak can enlarge itself, and contains several hidden pockets. His earring warns him of danger about to happen. He also has a holo-distort belt enchanted with invisibility and no-see-me, and a ring which picks locks and can perform minor TK.
HISTORY: Del was born, raised, and will most likely die in Nexus. His great-grandmother was a full-blood sidhe noble who produced a child from an affair with a human. Del grew up in a sector of Nexus close by the cyberelves, the Wild Wood, and the Halls of the Sidhe. His mother raises pigeons and does a little work as a fortune teller.
When Del was young he found he had the ability to get to places in Nexus faster than most because of his ability to actually sense the changes in space-time. He spent a great deal of time listening to travelers, and finally arranged to carry messages and packages for people. He's been at the job for almost 15 years now, and has seen more of Nexus than most people twenty times his age.
Del had a bit part in the "Nexus Chainsaw Massacre," and participated in the "The Nexus Christmas Special!"
RELATED CHARACTERS: None active.
PET PEEVES: Forgetting that in Nexus some things Del does may seem like superstitions, but they do have a purpose. Trying to confuse me about directions.
WRITER'S STYLE: I'm here to tell stories, not roleplay. If I introduce a minor character, please check with me before assuming too much. Additionally, I dislike splitting my posts, so I wait until the earliest point has been responded to before continuing. Where actions and responses are split in a post I try to put all the action at the end. (Though sometimes this isn't possible.)
OTHER COMMENTS: Del can't get lost, but he can be trapped. Take away his gear, and put him in a locked room, and there's not much he can do.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Ferris is a shape-changer. He typically appears as a handsome, but nondescript individual of the local race.
PERSONALITY: Ferris is confident and knowledgable. He's constantly seeking things to do and learn. He cares deeply about people, both as individuals and aggregates.
GENDER: As appropriate to the current form.
POWERS AND ABILITIES: Ferris is a diety. Specifically a Lesser Diety of Dimensions and Discovery. Though not omnicient or omnipotent, from a mortal perspective he might as well be. He is a master of warfare, personal combat, magic, psionics, and many other disciplines. His conciousness is split among several bodies.
WEAKNESSES AND DISADVANTAGES: Ferris has a strong moral code which usually doesn't allow him to interfere in the lives of mortals. He is also extremely curious, and may drop everything to chase down something he's unfamiliar with.
TELEPATHY FACTOR: Off the mortal scale.
EMPATHY FACTOR: Extremely Strong, at the very top of the mortal range.
PSI FACTOR: Off the mortal scale.
IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT: The clothing Ferris wears is extremely protective, and he typically carries a high quality personal weapon suitable to the realm it's in.
HISTORY: Ferris was once mortal, and worked his way up through the ranks of immortals, and into a position of godhood.
RELATED CHARACTERS: None at present.
PET PEEVES: Unknown
WRITER'S STYLE: Ferris is capable of a great deal, but narratives dealing with mortals will concentrate on options and what he SHOULD do. Also see other style notes.
OTHER COMMENTS: None at present.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Master Kininee is a 19" tall bipedal mouse. His fur is grey, and he walks with a cane. He doesn't wear much in the way of clothes. Just a leather harness, and a few pouches.
PERSONALITY: Kirinee is extremely dignified, so much so that some people call him stuffy.
GENDER: Male, celibate
POWERS AND ABILITIES: Kirinee is a master of hand to hand combat. He also knows many martial arts "secrets," including (at minimum) the art of invisibility and the touch of death.
WEAKNESSES AND DISADVANTAGES: Kirinee has a strong personal code, and is also very old. Kirinee has lived for a very long time as an "ordinary" person, and no longer has the quick reactions and continuous defenses he had as an adventurer.
TELEPATHY FACTOR: none
EMPATHY FACTOR: no supernatural empathy, but is highly skilled in reading body language.
PSI FACTOR: no psionics, but he has a strong will, and training in hiding his thoughts.
IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT: none. Relies on martial training.
HISTORY: Master Kirinee was born in a land of intelligent animals (not Narnia, but similar).
RELATED CHARACTERS: none at present
PET PEEVES: none at present
WRITER'S STYLE: See other style notes.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: The unnamed one stands some 5'8" tall, Humanoid, but apparantly made out of dark blue glass except for areas on his head which are blue-green. Different shades of blue mark different areas of the body, and some some areas pulse with flesh-toned color changes. Watch for changes!
PERSONALITY: Inexperienced and cautious but full of questions. Very knowledgeable about some things (particularly the stories of N'Ferra). Enjoys listening to others, and performing the stories in his memory. Embarassed by the act or mention of riding.
GENDER: Currently undefined. (Note: NOT male, NOT female, NOT neuter, UNDEFINDED!)
POWERS AND ABILITIES: The unnamed is a highly advanced robotic and magical organism. It has the equivalent of an advanced computer plugged into her brain. He can communicate directly with any computer or construct (golems, illusions, may include elementals) by touch, and may be able to control them depending of the sophistication of their programming (problems with both the simplest and most advanced).
The unknown possesses the ability to understand any communication directed at him and emulate the communication in return. She will understand short phrases, but requires hearing more than a sentence or two to speak coherantly.
In realms where no special gift is required to use magic, her knowledge may permit it to improvise spells.
Body is made out of advanced nanomorphic materials, and can operate without fail between -90 and 105 C (-130 to 221F) at any pressure, and in all but the most corrosive atmospheres. Injuries may cause pain and unconciousness, but even the most severe will heal over time. The unnamed does need to eat, but can survive on nearly anthing.
WEAKNESSES AND DISADVANTAGES: No weapons training, and currently no equipment. Tries to rely on her person instead of equipment. Though knowledge is immense, experience is limited. Has difficulty with emotions, humor, and relating to biologicals. The unknown is a machine/magical construct and is not responsive to things which manipulate or control biology. This includes standard healing (though powers which repair objects will work) and many types of magic and psionics.
TELEPATHY FACTOR: Able to send telepathically if the other person is skilled in sending or receiving and is willing to listen. Involuntary telepathy is not possible against him unless the telepath can communicate with computers or constructs.
EMPATHY FACTOR: absolutely none.
PSI FACTOR: No other psi abilities.
IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT: None
HISTORY: This being was created to explore Nexus on behalf of a multi-planar religion. He existed for only a short time before being sent there.
The Unnamed was involved in "Wandering the Nexus" for a short time.
RELATED CHARACTERS: None active. Any priest or follower of the god Ferris. Ferris himself.
PET PEEVES: Keep in mind the lack of combat abilities. It's OK to damage her, but try to arrange a rescue before things get too bad. Don't affect or afflict it with things that affect normal people or machines. He isn't a normal lifeform.
WRITER'S STYLE: I'd like to slip in stories about other times and places. Also see other style notes.
OTHER COMMENTS: Try not to take the religious background too seriously, but remember it's life and death to the character.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Wee is a colony organism. It is currently composed of around 500 flying insects, though both more and fewer are possible. In light they are only distinguished by their iridescense, but in the dark each insect becomes the center of a glowing ball of light.
PERSONALITY: Confused and mildly stupid. It has been badly damaged, and lost a great deal of it's memory. Nevertheless it likes to help people, and will generally do whatever is requested of it. It also likes to play.
GENDER: Inapplicable. The component insects are both male and female, so it can be treated as a hermaphrodite.
POWERS AND ABILITIES: Wee is very difficult to damage with physical attacks. It has a strong control over ambient magic, and can produce magical effects. The larger the colony become, the greater the possible effects.
WEAKNESSES AND DISADVANTAGES: Area attacks are particularly damaging. Magical telepathy is its only means of communication, and it can only address one being at a time, and then only for sending or recieving, not both.
TELEPATHY FACTOR: Wee is constantly open to telepathy. However any outside influences will be treated as only one voice in the colony.
EMPATHY FACTOR: Wee is generally aware of what all around it are feeling. It prefers pleasant emotions.
PSI FACTOR: Wee is completely non-psionic.
IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT: None
HISTORY: Wee is a magical creature that completely dominated its home world, forming a group mind of tens of billions of the insects. It decided to break off portions of itself and send them out to explore the planes. This wee is one such, though it has been badly injured and no longer remembers the way back.
Wee is currently participating in "In the Mind of a Child."
RELATED CHARACTERS: None as yet.
PET PEEVES: Wee is very alien, don't understand it too readily.
WRITER'S STYLE: Wee will be portrayed as nasty insects in the light, and enchanting creatures in the dark. They "speak" in short phrases of rhyme. Also see other style notes.
